Michael L. Kraus

Michael Kraus is the founder and shareholder of Michael L. Kraus, P.A. Prior to founding the firm, Michael has enjoyed a diversified legal career which has included serving as in house counsel for an international computer software company, an international telemarketing company and an aviation consulting firm. Michael opened his own law practice in 2007, and now concentrates in the areas of business law, aviation law, and real estate law including foreclosure defense, short sales and loan modifications.

A resident of Naples, Florida, Michael was born and raised in Illinois and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University, College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. In law school, Michael was the President of the Moot Court Society and competed in several competitions winning several awards. During that time, he also interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Chicago District Office.
